Day 64 - Blueberry Cupcake Muffins

With all the food blogs out there...you'd think that I would be able to find a blueberry cupcake recipe that I like but alas..it is unfortunate I report back that I did not find one that tempted my curiosity. However, lucky for me I had a recipe that I used from the past. The recipe can be found here.

According to the recipe - it serves eight but I used a cupcake pan and yielded ten. It's classic , simple and tasty.
